Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said: “The Mahrams created from breastfeeding are the same as the Mahrams created from birth.” (Muslim)
It is understood from the above Hadith that a breastfed child is considered to be a Mahram (non-stranger) to the foster mother, father, etc. just as a child who is naturally born is considered to be a Mahram (non-stranger) to its mother, father etc.
