Findings:
i) interpersonal n social network and perceived n realized benefits contributed to 58.4 of the variations on sustainability.
ii) negative effects on sustainability; security n interruptions, 21% of the variations in sustainability.
iii) negative relationship between; sustainability n age. sustainability n academic qualifications.
